The 2013 CRS Coordinator’s Manual has been approved by the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) and is available for download at www.CRSresources.org/manual. The new
Coordinator’s Manual will be implemented by FEMA beginning on April 1, 2013.
At its first cycle verification visit after April 1, 2013, each participating CRS community will
