Gee, I wonder if anyone in the military knows about this. You get randomly tested in the military, and it can occur with no notice. It is colloquially called a 'piss test'.

Basically, when you join, you become the property of Uncle Sam -- kind of like slavery. The army doesn't believe in a right to privacy. They do believe in a right to 4 hours sleep, your mail, and 3 square meals a day. And that is about all of your guaranteed rights.
