BOCA vs IBC

Pennsylvania recently adopted the International Building Code (used to use BOCA). Has anyone come across a comparison of the two codes.

Specifically I am looking for information on the retaining walls and when a guard rail is required, and the relationship between the basement floor and the seasonal high water table (how high above does the floor need to be and what type of waterproofing is required if building below it).

OK just in case anyone was wondering. SHWT and waterproofing requirements are unchanged, IBC requires guards anywhere there is a 30" difference in adjacent grade, and lots have to be grade 5% for 10' from the foundation as opposed to 8" (8.3%) in 8'
