Clip Art for Planning

OK, so its Friday and well.....

I am always having to do brochures and ads but never can find good planning clip art. Does anyone have any suggested websites or other sources (free, of course)?

I work in a small town and rural area so pics of high density areas just don't work. Also, for public meetings I am not crazy about the pics with a figure at the front looking like they are preaching to the crowd.

I always go to Microsoft when I need clip art and search for "Towns" or "Streets" or "Trees" or whatever and get quite a few good pages worth of clips.
