I need some examples of zoning regulations where only a specific use is allowable. One of our commission members is proposing to create a regulation where a zoning change application can be approved for a single specific use within those (all listed uses) that are allowable in the proposed zoning classification.
Not sure it is even legal to do this. Seems like an administrative nightmare too.
