I am looking for examples of design guidelines that incorporate defensible space/wildfire hazard mitigation techniques. Any info or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

There are a lot of good sources, but the first place to check is with the National Fire Protection Association, which publishes standards on wildfire defense. Your local fire department should have a set of NFPA standards. I believe the Colorado State Forest Service also publishes a set of standards.
