I am new to this forum and registered because I am searching for completed research regarding the economics of land use restrictions as they apply to families with children. Specifically, I want to evaluate the positions for and against two-person per bedroom type rules in multifamily residential settings. In general I understand the land use restrictions may enhance property values. Here I am looking for research that examines profitabiltity issues more broadly. I am a legal person not a planning person, assume gross ignorance.
