Big Boa Fights Porcupine, Seeks Sanctuary

Every porcupine has their day.

Viana said he believed the snake had entered the yard after fighting with a porcupine because it had large black spines in its head. Firefighters removed the spines and treated the snake's wounds.

Here in my town firefighters are also trained medics. But I find it very strange that these firefighters are also vets.

Also, they picture shows two people with Washington State shirts and a procuipine. Wouldn't a snake and a firefighter be more approperiate.
