I would like to know your definition of tame.
Also, why should we be tame when we are raised to be disposable?
What I mean by that is that men are not generally raised with the same kinds of social pressures that women are raised with. (obviously, individuals will vary, but in the grand scheme of things, this is GENERALLY true)
"Girls Gone Wild" sells because of the social restrictions that make "wild" behavior (ie sexual behavior) verbotten for girls. Men are more entitled to want sex, pursue it, etc, then women are, generally speaking. That is beginning to change, but as noted in another thread recently, men are generally the ones who "ask". The other part of that is that women are supposed to only say "yes" or "no" and not do the "asking".
It isn't just my opinion. Studies show that when a man goes to a bar and walks up to a total stranger and propositions her, he gets 'No, hell no and who the hell do you think you are??!!" type responses 100% of the time. When a woman goes into a bar and propositions total strangers, 75% of the time, men will say "yes" and say things like "is my apartment good or, heck, why wait? my car is right outside in the parking lot". The 25% who say "no" will apologize and say something like "can I take a rain check? My fiancee is in town." :-#
If women replied like that, they would be called $luts. It is considered utterly normal for a man.
