There's only two ways you can vote. Ford or Chevy ... that's it. None of this "Dodge" or "Toyota" stuff -- just the the Big Two. (If you're not in North America, we'll consider Opel, Vauxhall or Holden to be the equivalent of "Chevy.")

Ford of course!

*Although my daily driver isn't a choice* my back-up vehicle is a 1971 Ford F-250 with 62,000 original miles. She's in mint condition. I'll post a pic when I get a chance.

The daily driver stops the crap out of Ford and Chevy:

I'll vote my own damn way, thank you very much.

I own a Ford Escort
An International Scout
And a Volvo 240

And only a Volvo owner would put this on their car!

Time to Fess Up...

My Land Rover is actually owned and built by Ford now, after they bought the truck unit from BMW, after they bailed out the Brits...

It is quite the mish-mash. Depite being a "Ford Premier Auto" the engine is based in a 1963 General Motors big-block, modified over the years with Limey enginuity (pun intended). It has the (poor) electronics of the BMW 7-series.

Sorry, I'd have to go with the "traditional" girlie response with "Whaaaa????" (in a Moe Sizlak slurry voice). But since our last two vehicles were a Chevy Cavalier, and Corsica, I'm the lone Chevy voter. But it probably shouldn't count.

Please, please tell me it doesn't have I-Drive ... please no.

Nope, thank God for that.

The Mini looks promising, and not too outrageously priced....

I have an older Ford Escort and mine fits into the category of "fixed or repaired daily".

Vanna White

Very Basic Full Sized Ford Econoline Van with fat tires, cow print seat covers and a kickass Blaupunkt sound system. Installed a bench seat after market once we started making babies. I would love to get a VW vanagon with the pop up camper option for my next vehicle.

Neither Ford nor Chevy for me!

I don't like this poll. I can't vote for my trusty 1980 CJ-7 -- or at least as trusty as a 20+ year old Jeep can be. Jeeps aren't really known for their dependability, but they sure are FUN!

Well, I cna easily tell that most of you are not Californians. It is considered "wierd" to drive an "American" car out here (although with a big Toyota plant in Fremont, and Honda plants in Ohio-what is American any more).

I, however, am the proud owner of a Kansas-City assembled Ford Contour SVT with a slightly souped up engine and extra body panels. Its actually been pretty reliable, except for the water pump blowing out ten miles from anywhere. Cross my fingers, cause I can't afford a new car any time soon.
