Thanks, Seabishop. I recognized the Oregon State Capitol in the background. It has a unique shape (and is probably the ugliest state capitol building in the Union). Otherwise, it's interesting to see that Salem, a decently large city, has few buildings of any real height--I think the tallest building is like 10 stories or so, and only a few are more than 4 or 5 stories. Does Salem have a Madison-like regulation that prevents buildings from being taller than the Capitol?
