That looks like a Calatrava bridge. Didn't he design one of those on a continent somewhere?

That bridge is a rendering I believe of a bridge already under construction in . . . HONG KONG. A friend of mine working there has told me about it. It's supposed to be the world's longest cable-stayed bridge once completed. It looks impressive. 8-! The large number of cargo ships, the topography, and vegetation pointed away from Europe. My second guess would have been somewhere in Japan followed by Singapore.
