I love the countryside around Wilkes-Barre. Proof that there is not always a direct link between economics and crime/social pathology-these towns always had very low crime rates, despite a stagnant economy.

The billboard in image #3 gave me a clue and the aerial image matched what is shown on the highway maps that I have.
