Those hills lokk very "Californian." Its one city I've never visited, so I'll guess Bakersfield.

If not that, I'll guess Yakima, Washington

I just saw Biscuit's post, and looked at the photo again. I'm pretty sure he is right. I remember Boise having the same kind of tawny hills (ironic for a city named "woods" in Langue de Freedom)
