All the green trees right up to the downtown buildings remind me of Sao Paulo. But it's hard to see the buildings themselves in this pic.

Its a very dirty town. The EPA would be all over it - if it had jurisdiction...

Is it Mexico City? The picture looks like an EPA nightmare and I once read that Mexico City has the most polluted air in the world. Plus there appeared to be Mts. in the background.

Neither Sao Paulo or Buenos Aires. Perhaps another smoggy vantage point will help....

Oh so you wanted easy. Why didn't you just say so! ;) I had a few more pics that were a bit more "characteristic" of the City, but i was saving them till they were needed.
