Does anyone know of a good, up-to-date example of a small (tiny) town with a Historic Overlay District in its zoning ordinance?

Bluffton, SC, just passed a historic preservation ordinance this year with a Historic Overlay District. Pop. is 800, but land mass, with recent annexations of large tracts, make it the 5th largest town in the state in size. It is a coastal community in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
