I am trying to find parking requirements for hotels in urban pedestrain areas. Ratios that include quantity of rooms, meeting spaces and other uses would be most helpful. Basically, I am dealing with a boutique hotel (120 rooms) with minimal meeting space and no other parking generative activity (no resaurants serving non-patrons etc.). Does anyone have any info on parking requirements for hotels along newly developed or redeveloped waterways/harbors in small cities?

We don't have anything that addresses waterfront area or the multiple uses of a hotel but if you don't find anything you might try APA for an information packet on hotel ordinances and see if you can find material there.
