Hello all!
I am working on collecting good examples of Land Use definitions for the City of Bloomington's Zoning Code and would like to know if you know of any and where I can find them.

Try Lehmans Zoning Dictionary. It is available from the APA book store. (planning.org).

If it is too expensive, then you may just have to surf the links in the by-laws section ( http://cyburbia.ap.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/pairc/ordi_reg) and find the definitions you need.

I have "borrowed" some definitions from

http://www.hips.com/armour
http://www.blacksburg.va.us/ordinances.php

Less user friendly, but also good are any of the codes hosted at

http://www.municode.com/

Alternatively, if you are having problems with a single definition you could ask here.

Good luck.
