Landscaping/Impervious surface

I am looking for an example of an ordinance dealing with landscaping and impervious surface limitations. This would be for a smaller sized municipality (less than 1,000). This village will be seeing growth soon as a result of a new wastewater system. The planning board wishes for this ordinance to include only commercial development. Any input would be appreciated.

Check out Barnstable County (Cape Cod) Mass. I believe some of their local communities have impervious surface limitations. Also, New Castle County, Delaware has impervious surface limits in its Wellhead Protection Areas. Tom
