Is there a Land Use Law that states within so many feet of a railroad that it has to be industrial or commercial zonings (within 200 to 300 feet)? If so, can you provide me with the law number or statue number?

I've never heard of any state or locality with such a law. Residences are frequently put along railway corridors, and can be done well.
