Hi,
I will be enrolling next year at a local college in my area that offers a Bachelors degree in Planning. From what I have read on this forum, employers prefer to hire people with Masters degrees.
Will I be able to find a decent paying job (decent would be between 40 and 50K a year in South Florida.) at the ripe age of
43.

Your skill set is more important than age upon graduation. What additional background do you have? What profession are you currently practicing? What kind on related experience will you have upon gradutation?
