Minimum height in commercial and industrial districts

The Municipal Research & Services Center of Washington is looking for examples of zoning ordinances that require a minimum height in commercial or industrial zones. We are particularly interested in provisions that address minimum height to discourage big-box retail type development. We have seen some minimum height provisions, primarily in traditional neighborhood development ordinances.
