Model airplane use

Hi, I am trying to find some approaches or examples of how municipalities have dealt with noise impacts from model airplane clubs. We are just implementing a zoning bylaw in a rural area (no existing zoning)and this has been a long standing issue for the community. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

Contact the Delaware County, Indiana planning department in Muncie, Indiana. Just outside of town in an unincorporated area is a major model plane facility that was built a few years ago. I'm not sure the zoning or regulations were very creative, but it is a case you could learn from.
Good Luck!
