Hate to show up just to ask for something, but does anyone know of a good residential pattern book available to download anywhere online... or, for that matter, does anyone know of a place where I can buy one and have it shipped?

The city I work for is trying to gather examples, but I'm having terrible trouble finding any (I have already tried to contact Norfolk - waiting for a reply).

Try City of San Jose, California

or City of Portland, Oregon. They have good guidelines for residential development that almost consitute a "pattern book."

Google "Park Duvalle"+"Louisville". It was a HopeVI project that has gotten many awards for urban and architectural design. I hope to post pics of it later this summer -- if my schedule ever lets up. B-)
