Old trailer park...too old to even be called a mobile home park...nonconforming use in light industrial district...
Why can't a space be used to work on cars? The zoning is correct.

I am going home early.

I can sympathize. I had a guy want to put a double-wide in my business park for his proposed limousine / tire recycling / landscaping business. He claimed it would be used as an office. Sure.

Yesterday, we could not figure out which provisions to cite the fellow under. Today we came up with improper home occupation and no certificate of occupancy for the business. And we will start a map amendment to at least put these older parks in a residence district.
