Even a hotel with only one room is going to generate _some_ traffic...
The standard ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers) trip rate for a hotel use is 8.92 trips per occupied room per weekday. I don't think that will help you very much - you really need to supply more information.
Trip Generation is using around 250 occupied rooms for their studies. But like was said earlier....any hotel will generate traffic. Even if there are no occupied rooms, you still have staff, deliveries, etc.
