From my fair city's ZO -
(A) A parking space must be a minimum of 9 feet wide and 18 feet long.

Saw someone do this last summer - trying to park straight into a lane only a few feet wide. I think it proves that, despite the rumours, smart cars still stick out a bit.

If I had one, I wouldn't risk it like that!
