I have received more information regarding my party suite dilemma. These are not time share and are actually luxury chalets which are not connected, so essentially detached dwellings. These chalets are in the range of $350,000 Cdn. So the people who buy these are generally not hurting for money. The same problem still applies though, with these units being rented with a penchant for loud, disruptible parties on weekend type rentals. Now that these are single units, besides asking for the municipality to pass a noise bylaw (which are generally not enforced) is there any other suggestions as to how to deal with this?
