Yep, the big nexus of evil, WalMart.
My eyeglasses basically self-destructed-first one temple broke (three days, my optomoetrist said). Then, this morning, the other temple broke. I called my optimetrist: Can I come in and just pay for a new frame. "Um, no, we have to have them specially ground and everything. Three more days." Went to The Vortex of Evil, picked out a frameset that was very, very close "Our technician will be in at noon, the glasses should be ready by 12:30-1:00.
I am so unowrthy of the anti-corporate crusade! But, I couldn't stand three more days of sunglasses that are slightly off anyway, and any old glasses are different enough that wearing them would also create headaches.
