Ooh, I was thinking about this over the weekend. If we get other takers, I am in. I also vow to be on time which, I will admit, is not my strong suit in this game. :snowflake::package::il:

I would like to participate. It's been a couple years or so since I did, and I'm thinking this is a good year to get back into the swing of things.

I'm in. It always ends up getting sent out after Christmas, but I mean who is counting right??

So let me get all the old questions together and we can start a list at the top of this to have people state their interest. Once we get to 12 we can assume we are moving forward.

Do we have the 12 people? I was waiting to make sure we had enough before answering the plethora of questions . . .

I don't really do these things anymore. I just find myself stressing over it, trying to get the perfect thing and then getting it mailed out in time. I've taken a break from the secret Santa stuff for the last few years, and don't plan on getting involved with anything this year. Sorry!

AHHHHHHH I really want to do it but I promised myself I would not sign up for anything I don't absolutely HAVE to this December, because I don't want to get stressed out before our wedding on Dec. 30th. And I'll be super busy with family visiting and general holiday/wedding chaos.

It makes me sad to say I'm going to bow out this year, but I'll be back with a vengeance next year!! :D

Would happily participate but don't want to subject fellow Cyburbians to transcontinental shipping fees... :)

I am only about 1/2 done with my SS shopping, so things will not go out until after the upcoming weekend.

I had good intentions on being done this weekend, but spur of the moment tickets to something made me drop my shopping plans. At least I still have time . . .

Came home to nice surprise. Thanks for everything WYP. My wife has already claimed the honey as hers and told me all about how hard it is to get wild flower honey. The ornament is up on the tree.

You are welcome, except for the sci-fi mag, the gifts are all local. I was a major F&SF magazine fan and subscribed to it for years until I grew out of out the genre.

Mine will be going out on Saturday. I apologize if my recipient gets it after Christmas, but it will be worth it. Trust me.

Package surrender to a lady in Brown today.

She said it would arrive "Monday, or maybe Tuesday".

It's headed north. Please feel free to open - the items inside are wrapped.

I got a care package from Iowa! I ate all the potato chips in one sitting, which I imagine if how they do it there. The toilet paper patent drawing is sitting proudly in my cube. I love the t-shirt from Weird Harold's -- just the kind of cool local t-shirts that I enjoy. The Iowa beer cozy now holds cans of seltzer on my nightstand. Tea and cheese popcorn, too! A+ will buy again.

Thanks, @giff57! :)

(Photo a bit later - need to upload it off the phone.)

I dropped my package off at the local post office early Saturday morning. It's heading southbound. The lucky recipient may have to dig around a bit to get at all the goodies.
