It took an all-nighter after a drive across half the Midwest to do it.

The Forums are back up. I couldn't restore a backup from last Friday, but the backup from the Friday before that worked. Unfortunately, a week's worth of posts is missing.

Please finish any threads you may have in the temporary Cyburbia Forums.

The termporary forums will be closed to new posts after Friday.

Sorry. This week, I'll be spending a lot of my spare time looking for a new Web hosting service.

I didn't ban APM from the temp boards ... one of the mods/admins did.

On most bulletin boards, it's not good netiquette to publically reveal why someone was banned from a bulletin board. If anyone wants details regarding APM, and conditions that would justify his/her return, PM me.

I didnt see this right away, as I havent been folowing most of the threads lately. I'll take a stab at the response.

1. Another mod deleted the post. APM has a long history of trolling and flaming and generally has come to be an unwelcome addition.

2. Following the post delete, I took the liberty of banning the IP address that was used to register on the temp board, as well as the IP adddress that was banned from this board.

With the post deleted, there was no practical place for me to post a note about it, so I left it alone.
