Hello:
Was it the Metromedia case wherein it was decided that the conent could not be regulated in signage? Do any of you have the holding to send or on web. I loaned out my book.

My Commission thinks the enon OPEN sign is OK but not the neon Beer signs.

Most sign codes regulate information signs (OPEN signs, credit card acceptance stickers on the front window, hours of operation, etc) differently than identification or advertising signs.
