Has anyone found a website or other source that would help me translate planning terms into Spanish?

We have a guy trying to file for a rezoning whose primary language is Spanish, and I've had great difficulty explaining the process to him. Luckily we have a planner who is fluent, but has never had to talk about planning issues in Spanish before.

These should help . . . but jargon is jargon in any language.
Not to mention that his familiarity with the terms and issues that surround them will prob. have a lot do with what country he came from and whether or not he lived in a city.
