With Walmart talking about converting a portion of their sea of parking into a drive-in theater (see link below), are there any other communities contemplating the impacts of this?

I could see the need to possibly do a site plan review in relation to a temporary use permit. There's very little as far as details out from what I can tell, so that doesn't help planning for possible issues.

We would make them do a temp use permit which in our case goes to a hearing. I'm sure we would be okay with it, but someone has to think about the children.
