This article is a nice step toward less auto-dependence, but the wording of the atricle annoys me.

There is an interesting urban planning experiment under way in Orange County that may forever change the face of suburbia....Urban design experts say this may be the wave of the future.

I wish I had a similar commute it would be heavenly.

There is a vacant lot one block away from my offices. It would be cool to build a small cottage on it.
