In an exclusive and revealing interview the chief planner of the city admitted that there are two kinds of donkeys working for the government. Willing Donkeys and Unwilling Donkeys. But willingor unwilling,whatever you do you are still a donkey. You have to do it.

Answering questions about the implementation of various aspects of the detailed action plan that the firm proposed, the senior and well known consultant replied thus:
Q: What about the transportation plan?
A. Well as I can see that its the Transportation corporation's problem. They can handle it.So not my responsibility really!!
Q. How bout the the enforcement of the radically new and ridiculous regulations you have proposed.
A. Im sure that the city corporation can enforce them. The earlier regulation were very simple and easy to understand you see.
Q. The circulation enhancement plan involves widening of many streets and would lead to demolishing many heritage structures.
A. NO! NO! We made a detailed study by subletting the heritage study to another well know consultant. Those buildings being demolished maybe around 400 yeras old but not really important.
Minister Innaugurates Tourism centre in the heart of the city
At the innaguration of the multistorey modern commercial complex housing tourism related offices the CEO of the Tourism corporation was asked whether locating such a huge building close to an intersection and with already congested traffic would lead to more traffic generation and attraction and thus lead to more congestion on the ROADS OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX.
CEO answered emphatically " We have planned ample parking space inside the building to take care of the traffic." ^o)
