The pandemic postponed the the 2020 #ELGLKnope Award.

In 2020 they were honoring the
Best Local Government Public Facilities.

Before postponement, the voting had come to the
"Sweet 16" bracket challenge matchups:

Here's the "Round of 32" Matchups that have already been
voted on between March 2-7:

Queston:
Some local public facilities that did not make it to the Round of 32 and/or
Sweet 16 have been super-extraordinary in 2020. (It's also possible that some
that made it to the rounds were less-than-extraordinary this year.)
Does anybody know if changes during 2020 will be taken into account when
it is finally time for the voting to resume?
