I had some when I was in St. Louis most recently. Boy they sure tasted better when I was 19 and drunk. At 39 they were not pleasing.

My only complaint is that your burps taste like steamed onions for 3 days after eating them.

We made steamed salmon roulades (sp) stuffed with Enoki mushrooms for dinner last night. Took me 2 hours and 4 supermarkets to find the mushrooms...

I've been going to a local market for all of our groceries lately- it's not Central Market but it does have some bulk items.

I miss my Central Market- it was as close to heaven as I'll ever get.

Speaking of small markets, Walmart's trying to corner that market as well.

I hope to grow squash among other things in my yard next year!

I didn't plant anything this year because I thought I would be moving soon.

I like fried chicken. Too bad there are no good places to get any here (KFC and Dixie Lee don't count)

I actually like the macaroni salad and crazy green coleslaw, once in a while.

What about St. Hubert. We tried to time our trip to To this summer so we could eat there on the way through NB. We failed.

There is, I think, one St. Hubert left in Toronto. Damned if I can remember where though - all the ones I know closed. I think it's at Lawrence and Avenue Rd. Are they not open in Quebec still?

St. hubert is more of a roasted chicken place, like Swiss Chalet. As for being in business, in PQ I don't know.

FREAK! Actually, I can't eat much of it now since I ate that often during school.

I was a Chef Boyardee man - I used to buy that stuff by the case when I was in school. I can't touch the stuff now.
