Iced mocha (have to walk the pack anyway, so I walk 'em down to Caffe Bacci, my local, every morning.) At least it has protein (milk).

Pop tart (Me bad)

Cheese and crackers (Me very bad-but Taleggio is awesome!)

I typically don't eat a large breakfast.

I'm leaving for break in a few minutes, which means coffee and a toasted sourdough bagel with raspberry jam. Yum!

Lots o'coffee with soymilk. Organic meal bar thing with dates and figs. Yummier than it sounds. Would have rather had fried eggs with home fries and scrapple.

I have been in a grants class at the other end of town and feel so deprived, having missed all these threads today.

Anyway, I had the usual: a plain bagel with lite cream cheese and a can of Diet Dew. In the car, while navigating interstate traffic. Then I got to class and had a cup of decaf and a nice little apple pastry.

A Bloody Mary, country ham w/ red eye gravy, fried eggs, grits, and beaten biscuits. Then I woke up, had one mug of instant coffee, and raced to work.

Blueberry mufffin and coffee.
Not that healthy, but a few extra carbs won't kill me.

I ate a pound of gummy bears. My tummy feels sicky now :(

The breakfast of champions, sugar. Let me guess, running season and bike season are now over. Rred meat yesterday, gummy's today. You'll be drinking a beer by the weekend.

Whats wrong with drinking one now? Nothing like a Guiness Power Shake to calm the nerves!

Oh I ate a leftover taco for breakfast and coffee.

Isn't the offseason great! Its only offseason until midnight tonight though. Training for the November marathon starts tomorrow.

A chocolate frosted cake donut and diet coke. Mmmm....

"chocolate cake" (I know: you actually had the word 'donut' in there too) was what I had for breakfast the day I went to the hospital to give birth to my second child. Well, okay, I had something like half or three quarters of the ENTIRE cake, but whose counting?

This morning, toasted bagel with nutella and a diet coke -- pretty typical, actually. I can't tolerate coffee, so I have to take my caffeine cold.

Standard Fare

A bowl of microwaved oatmeal, with banana, granola (that's redundant - rolled oats with oats!) and skim milk. Mmm, boy, it stays with you all day.......and coffee, of course.
