Leftover Teriyaki Tofu with grilled veggies and rice.

And a tall, no-whip Mocha from Starbucks...

Grilled cheese sandwiches and homemade applesauce.

I am still hungry, but have made a conscious decision to try and not gain too much weight before ski season.

Think I'll either go get Thai food or hit the downtown Indian buffet. Don't really feel like driving, so it'll probably be the latter.

The last of the tuna casserole, and an orange. Snuck down for a rice krispey square afterwards.

I brought jasmine rice and kashmir spinach for lunch, but then the safety committee had to go and get pizza brought in.

Decisions, decisions.

In honour of NHP surviving his trip to Montreal, smoked meat on a bagel, with saurkraut and dijon mustard with a coke.

I don't know what's for lunch. I've only got 4 hrs and 12 minutes to figure out.

Leftovers - baked chicken, mac & cheese, brocoli

I love homemade mac 'n cheese. I have a winter and summertime version. The winter in the oven of course and the summer version is cooked on top of the stove using the more of the roux (spelling?).

I had a Wendy's cheeseburger today.

Yesterday it was greasy tacos from a hole-in-the-wall shack on the other side of the tracks. Todays it was a turkey sandwich, chips and a fresh Colorado peach at home.
