Isn't sad when you read comprehensive plans that seem like they were penned by clientele sitting in that bar????

tsc, what is worse is when the clients from the local bar come to the plan's hearing.

Why are the letters pink? What does this say about the profession?

Now, EG. You know we planners have always been a fairly colorful crowd!

Dan - Any idea if the owner is a current or former planner?

NO

If they actually were, they would be more understandable, and they would be a hell of a lot more entertaining. Not to mention they wouldn't intend to set everything aside for uper middle class people who like to eat but are scared shitless by anything else. Like a REAL bar (as aposed to "UPSCALE" resaurants)

Probably not. This is across the street ... really.

Behind the bar building, the small parking lot was filled with old-school urban cars ... big 1970s-era Cadillacs and Buicks. I can imagine the walls inside the joint are lined with pink fake fur.

What do you think? My bet is this neighborhood doesn't see many metrosexuals.

Or when said clients are the self-professed "representatives" of the community.
