I'm presently working on a regional transit oriented development policy plan - the first of its kind for this particular region. Does anyone have any examples of such plans that I can use as a guideline? I already have Denver's RTD manual. Thanks.

NJ Transit has an excellent guidebook called "Planning for Transit-Friendly Land Use" It's a few years old, so it may be out of print, but if you can get your hands on it, it'd be well worth your while.
