From the Nov, 2002 - APA Interact News Letter.

Last month we asked which planning-related websites readers visit more than once a week. Of those we listed, the Urban Land Institute's site was by far the most popular, followed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Congress for New Urbanism, and the International City/County Management Association. Write-in favorites were Planetizen and Cyburbia.

So why would these be write-ins? It seems to me that both are more generally planning-related than any of the ones they listed.

Strange. You can't get into most parts of the ULI Web site without a member password. ICMA isn't really planning-related. CNU has a good site, as does the NTHP.

PLANetizen has REALLY evolved over the past year. They've got content now, with guest editorials. The APA site is also getting more content.
